THE HOUSE

Located at Tura Beach, on the Far South Coast of New South Wales in Australia, this luxury holiday house is fully and tastefully furnished, with a beautiful modern décor, indigenous artworks and ironbark timber floors.

Soaking up the northern sun, the house is built on eco-friendly principles and includes a grid-connected solar power system, solar hot water and a rainwater tank for garden irrigation.

The house features double-glazed windows and is fully insulated for summer and winter comfort. Reverse cycle heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed but rarely needed in this wonderful climate.

Native gardens surround the house and blend into Bournda National Park on your doorstep.
